Metapontino Basso Sinni Travel - Tourism Resort in The Ionian Coast.
Realized within the transnational cooperation project Map - Moving Around the Provinces (leader+) and designed to enrich and integrate the seaside tourism of the Ionian coast, which in its traditional form is in strong crisis, with the cultural offer of the rural territories of the immediate hinterland of the metapontine, in this phase of natural continuity and evolution of this center (tourist infopoint), is thought to structure reference and information vehicle for the rural heritage, as well as the first local center of tourist reception and spread of the cultural contents of territorial hospitality, also and above all of those developed within the PSL.
Designed as a "intangible container" and cultural animation, it is, for the contents it expresses, reference for tour operators, and physically (Municipality of Policoro), as a reference crossroads of the tourist flows of the area. In consideration of everything, this operation provides for intangible actions, aimed at defining the professionalism of the Center and achieving innovative materials and events of a popular educational nature of knowledge of the historical-cultural resources of the rural territories.
