Would you always like to keep an eye on your customers' heating systems? The Buderus app EasyControlPro supports you efficiently in your day-to-day business and promotes your service and maintenance business. Quick and safe on the go!

The following operating and service functions are available:
- An overview of the plant and operating states of all systems
- Overview of the most important monitor values
-Plant parameters (system time / summer / winter switch swelling / interpretation temperature of the heating circuits) optimize from a distance
- Laying system information as photos, notes and language memos
- Direct navigation to your next customer appointment
The operation is particularly easy thanks to the intuitive menu. The password -protected access ensures a high level of security.
Up to two systems, such as your own system, can be connected free of charge to get to know the app and its possibilities. Access to up to 50 other systems can be booked in the app (for a fee).
Technical requirements for the systems:
- A logamamatic EMS control system with RC30 / RC35 (from 2003 production year) or
- A logamamatic EMS plus with RC300 (from the 2012 production year).
For communication you need:
- heat generators with integrated IP interface or
- A gateway logamatic web km200 for communication with the heating system.
- Existing LAN network (router with a free RJ45 connection)
- The system operator must give his approval for the remote monitoring of his system by using EasyControlPro . Furthermore, it can also grant the approval for the extended remote access to the system by using EasyControl.
- The approval is simply granted by the system operator using the EasyControl app.
- Android operating system from version 2.3.3
Notes:
Additional costs for the internet connection can arise, and an Internet flat rate is therefore recommended.
Functional extensions of the app require the update of the software on the gateway. To update, have the gateway connected to the Internet for at least 24 hours.
In isolated cases, monitor data is currently not yet displayed or misinterpreted. This problem is eliminated with an update of the gateway software (in preparation).
